Postcard From Atlanta

My friend Valerie over at atlantamomofthree is hosting a Post Card Exchange. I love postcards and how they represent their areas with fun pictures or sayings. We made a special trip over to our local Chamber of Commerce to pick up some nice postcards to send to Valerie.

We got our postcard from Atlanta in the mail the other day. What a treat to get something in the mail that’s not junk or a bill! Valerie’s postcard was gorgeous – we’re big fans of anything with glitter around here.

Abby enjoyed looking at the postcard and the beautiful pictures of Atlanta.

We then placed our postcard in a position of honor: on the fridge.

Thank you for the beautiful postcard Valerie! It’s fun to have a “real life” connection to blogging friends.

  1. This is wonderful. A few months ago I sent an anonymous card to someone, by real mail, to cheer them up. I would really like to do more of this because as you said it enhances a “real life connection.” I think we need to do more of this. Thanks for posting 🙂

  2. I agree that it’s wonderful to have a real life connection with my blogging friends. The Postcard Exchange has been SUCH fun! 😀 Thank you for participating and for placing our card in such a prestigous place!! 😉 Abby is too cute reading it!
